Notarization sessions
When you start a notarization, you are taken to our remote online notarization platform partner, Proof (proof.com). Identity verification, document upload, payment, video sessions, and the notarial record are handled on that platform under its own privacy policy and the recordkeeping rules that apply to notaries.
If you email us, we use your message and contact details only to respond to you and to support your notarization.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to complete your notarization or when required by law.
